I am thee Reese R. Revere, Black American entrepreneur based in Miami. I grew up inside the culture I consult on. I understand its symbolic codes, its internal logic, its trust mechanisms. Not as an observer. As a participant.
I've also studied the theory. Baudrillard on objects. Le Bon on crowd psychology. Debord on spectacle. These frameworks explain the socioeconomic forces affecting this demographic and its consumption patterns.
